7-DAY DIGITAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We stand behind our digital Bitcoin debit cards with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your digital card purchase, we'll refund your payment.
DIGITAL REFUND ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a refund under our 7-day policy, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of digital card purchase
- The digital card must not have been used for any transactions
- Your digital card credentials must be deactivated through our secure portal
- Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
- Any digital wallet integrations must be removed before requesting a refund
HOW TO REQUEST A DIGITAL REFUND
To initiate a digital card refund request:
- Log in to your secure My Bitcoin Card dashboard
- Navigate to the "My Digital Cards" section
- Select the digital card you wish to refund
- Click the "Request Refund" button
- Complete the brief digital refund form
- Confirm the deactivation of your digital card
- Submit your request
Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team at refunds@mybitcoincard.com with your order number and the email address used for purchase.
DIGITAL REFUND PROCESSING
Once your digital card refund request is approved:
- Your digital card will be permanently deactivated in our system
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Bitcoin refunds will be processed at the current market rate at the time of refund processing
- Digital refund processing typically takes 1-3 business days, but may vary depending on your payment provider
- You will receive an email confirmation once your digital refund has been processed
- Your digital card credentials will be securely deleted from our systems
NON-REFUNDABLE DIGITAL ITEMS
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital cards that have been activated and used for transactions
- Transaction fees incurred while using the digital card
- Digital cards that have been integrated with third-party services
- Premium digital card designs or customizations
- Digital card upgrades or add-on services
- Special promotional or limited edition digital cards (unless otherwise specified)
DIGITAL SECURITY AFTER REFUND
After processing your refund, we take the following steps to ensure your digital security:
- Your digital card credentials are permanently deleted from our active systems
- All tokenized versions of your card are revoked from payment processors
- Digital wallet integrations are disconnected
- Transaction history is archived according to regulatory requirements
EXCEPTIONS
We may make exceptions to this policy in the following cases:
- Digital card technical issues or functionality problems
- Compatibility issues with specific digital wallets or payment platforms
- Incorrect digital card tier issued due to our error
- Digital security concerns or unauthorized access (with verification)
