1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and My Bitcoin Card, concerning your access to and use of our digital Bitcoin debit card services. By purchasing and using our digital Bitcoin debit card, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. DIGITAL CARD ISSUANCE AND OWNERSHIP
The digital Bitcoin debit card is issued by My Bitcoin Card and remains the intellectual property of My Bitcoin Card. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate your digital card access at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason as permitted by applicable law. Your digital card credentials are provided to you via secure digital delivery methods immediately upon purchase.
3. DIGITAL CARD USAGE
Your digital Bitcoin debit card may be used for online purchases and can be added to digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay for contactless payments. When you make a purchase, the equivalent amount of Bitcoin will be deducted from your linked wallet at the current exchange rate. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient Bitcoin balance in your wallet for any transactions.
4. DIGITAL SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your digital card credentials, including card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes. Do not share your digital card details with unauthorized parties. Our digital cards utilize advanced encryption and tokenization technology to protect your transactions. You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your digital card.
5. FEES AND CHARGES
The one-time purchase price covers the lifetime of the digital card. There are no monthly maintenance fees. Transaction fees apply when using the digital card and will be clearly disclosed in our fee schedule. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with appropriate notice.
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
My Bitcoin Card is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized use if you fail to secure your digital card credentials or notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We are not liable for merchant disputes, declined transactions, or issues related to Bitcoin price volatility.
7. CRYPTOCURRENCY RISKS
You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values can be volatile and may fluctuate significantly. My Bitcoin Card is not responsible for any losses due to changes in Bitcoin value. Using our digital card constitutes your acceptance of these inherent risks.
8. DIGITAL WALLET INTEGRATION
Our digital Bitcoin debit cards are designed to integrate with major digital wallets. While we strive to maintain compatibility with all major platforms, we cannot guarantee continuous functionality with third-party wallet services. Changes to third-party wallet requirements may affect your ability to use your digital card with certain services.
9. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
You agree to use the digital card in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The digital card may not be used for illegal activities, money laundering, financing terrorism, or circumventing currency controls.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
My Bitcoin Card reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the digital card after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
